Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Custom or personalized orders may take additional time
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For shipments within Southeast Asia, you can typically expect delivery within 3 to 6 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world are estimated to take approximately 6 - 14 working days. Keep in mind that these are general estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. Some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use Rayspeed for shipping within Asia and Rifex for our other shipments. In some cases, we may use alternative carriers to ensure the best delivery service.
Damages:
Wildflower Pottery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To initiate a claim for damaged items, customers must provide the following:
Clear and detailed images of the damaged product.
A brief written description of the damage.
An unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package upon receipt.
Claims without the required documentation may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
International Shipping:
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
